The hotel always smells so beautiful, and fresh. The room's interiors were tasteful and light and the bed was so comfortable! Also, the location was fantastic - right on the marina. The views from our room and the rooftop pool were amazing! Whilst on the first day the service at breakfast was a little slow the food was exceptional and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Dubau

Incompetent staff, neither reception nor restaurant staff told me that the breakfast had to be paid in advance and can’t be put on the room. Restaurant called me in the room 4 times and kept hanging up, I felt like I was being harassed. Also overwhelming smell of air freshener in all public areas.

This beautiful hotel's location is excellent, with breath taking views of the marina especially at night when it's all lit up and with close proximity to shopping dining and metro station. The staff at the front desk accommodated our every request and housekeeping kept our room sparkle clean.

Terrible place , very disrespectful front desk man ( a balding man) who spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, I did not stay at this hotel for free , no sure why would he let himself to show the power in such a way. Also next day around 12:50 bellboy and security came to me saying I’m not checking out even tho the check out time was 13:00 pm. Such a terrible place with no propriety guest service . That man on reception deserves the first place for the most disrespectful attitude towards a woman. I also asked him for an upgrade because I checked out very later, he denied the request saying I shall pay even tho it was very late already and the room I asked for was a bay view , but even a category higher . Avoid this hotel

I was impressed that in addition to the breakfast buffet you could order a main breakfast food item from the menu and a barista coffee. The service was impeccable. The only thing that disappointed me was that the bed sheets had foundation/make up stains and the pillow case smelt like it hadn’t been washed, thankfully I could swap the pillows as I had 4 in total! Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel for location, service and views.
