Room was great, good living area and clean washroom and bedroom. Staff was lovely very polite and prompt. Deepak and Saleh were outstanding in their behaviour, promptness and guiding to any question one may have. Food choices during breakfast was not great but whatever was available was good in taste. Limited breakfast option with focus on quality food. Front desk is good in receiving guests and prompt at the time of checkout. Good place to stay for both business and family travellers. Near to metro and super market.

Place was good, staff was great but the noise from the night club was too much, music was too loud even on 4th floor we couldn't sleep till after 4am after the club closed, if you don't mind the loud music it's a good place to stay, they've tried to relocate us to a higher floor but they were fully booked.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. On two separate days, I found cockroaches in my room, which was very unpleasant and made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards. In addition, it was very hard to get a good night’s sleep because of constant honking and traffic noise from the street outside. The windows didn’t seem to block out much sound, so it was quite disturbing throughout the night. The location is convenient, but overall, the cleanliness issues and noise made my stay uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it unless these problems are addressed.

Have to be honest, pretty disappointed with this hotel. I arrived at 3am to find that the hotel doubles up as a nightclub at night time so there was insanely loud music booming from the lobby area with lots of people hanging around making noise. I expressed my unhappiness about this as nothing online says anything about it. The receptionist could see how unhappy I was and put me up on the 7th floor instead of the 3rd. Can’t fault him for that. I could still hear the music but it was tolerable. The room itself was dated and a bit tired. Also smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I dealt with it for 2 nights but wouldn’t go back.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I don’t want anyone else to book here, I was fooled by good reviews, room is big and staff are lovely, however the place doesn’t worth it , the air conditioning was very loud and I have been told this is the way it works , also at night I couldn’t sleep because of the club sounds, although I have been told it is in first floor I stayed at 6th floor and I felt the sound as noisy as it was in the next room. My experience was just terrible and I will never book again here !

When we arrived, they weren’t ready for us to check in, and after waiting for two hours, they gave us a room. They said they had to connect two small beds to make a double bed. After they charged an additional price for tax. When we entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes everywhere and was infested with many insects. Their club was terrible, and the club attendants (Egyptian ones) were very rude. This hotel is a nightmare. Stay away!!!

The hotel was reasonably priced, but the service was poor. The front desk clerk had an attitude when I simply wanted to clarify a question. He asked to see my booking number, and I told him my name. He raised his voice and demanded my booking number.My key card wasn’t working, which was a bit annoying, but the room was spacious and clean. This hotel is a good option for a business trip, as it’s conveniently located near the market and airport. However, be aware that the downstairs club and lounge can be noisy at night.
