When I first arrived, there were fresh blood stains on the sheets and old wine stains. I thought someone kept unlocking my safe and they wouldn’t deal with it. They kept passing it onto the next person and not relaying the info properly. Like a bad game of telephone! I expressed to them that the lady Prudence at the car hop asked for my room number. They greatly insisted that no woman worked in the carhop, yet two days later there she was. At one point, they said they would deal with it and I expressed I had to leave by 9 AM. They said it would be done way before that. I went down to the lobby to catch my careem and it still had not been addressed. I asked for my room to be re-keyed/new prod cards and he refused to do it. He wanted to go upstairs and look at the safe, I expressed I didn’t have time that you guys said it would be dealt with earlier and it wasn’t. I said I just want new locks since you refuse to deal with the security issue. Every time I asked about it they just gaslit me, they never gave me new keys. The heater didn’t work, they sent maintenance. It still didn’t work properly the rest of the time. If you don’t keep the fans on the room has the most putrid smell from the drains in the floor in the bathroom and shower. Every time I took a shower 2+ inches of water would overflow from the shower because it didn’t drain and overflowed onto the bathroom floor. All of my towels had to go onto the floor. Not the experience I was anticipating!!!!

The staff was very friendly. They were accommodating when we needed to check in early and had to change our check out time. The pool was clean and warm. The only downside is that there’s construction right next to it. There isn’t much near the hotel so you need a car

Hello, I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. During my stay, I lost personal items including my shoes, money, and jewelry. These were sentimental and valuable items, and it is very upsetting that they went missing in my room. I also requested cleaning services multiple times. Each time, I was told that someone would be sent, but no one ever came. My sister and I felt completely dismissed. On the day of my departure, we almost missed my flight because we were desperately trying to find my shoes, which had strong emotional value to me. Given the loss of my belongings, the lack of proper housekeeping, and the stress this situation caused, I am requesting a full refund or appropriate compensation for the damages and inconvenience. Please let me know how you will be resolving this matter. Thank you.
