I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Seven Seas Hotel in Dubai, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, ensuring my check-in process was smooth. A special thank you to Hakim, as well as the rest of the wonderful staff, whose names I may have forgotten, but who made my experience unforgettable with their incredible support. The hospitality provided by Leman and Anu, along with everyone else on the team, truly made me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay. They were also very supportive in assisting me with calling for a taxi when I preferred not to use Uber—an added convenience that I greatly appreciated. The amenities at the hotel were equally impressive. The swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi offered a perfect retreat, and the staff attending to these areas were wonderful, ensuring everything was clean and inviting. I highly recommend The Seven Seas Hotel to everyone looking for a memorable stay in Dubai. The combination of exceptional service and fantastic facilities makes it a top choice for travelers. While I particularly enjoyed my stay, staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful…… food selection was not as good as I thought it will be. Options were very limited if you didn’t eat what was provided, it is geared towards the culture of the surroundings, I wish in the future that they will include more varieties and not just particularly for ethnicities but also for westernized pallets.
