Location is fantastic, close to airport and even closer to Downtown Dubai Mall. Staff are wonderful and incredibly attentive. Hotel is clean and offers good room service. Highly recommended

Staffs are helpful. They upgraded our room when the shower had trouble. Room is always neat. Breakfast was not excellent though because we only had limited option and it’s so predictable every day. There’s few variety.

The hotel was good! The breakfast & rooms were wonderful, but the service was a little slow. We never got our connecting door opened despite asking three times and the front desk repeatedly misinformed us, even with our hotel transportation late at night. Overall - good experience.

this was a last minute booking but not complaints at all. bedroom and bathroom great, service great. I was out at business bay and DIFC for dinners etc. but this was a good base.
