very good place, Burf Kalifa, fountains, mall, everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself needs at least cosmetic repairs. For a relatively small price, you can use the excellent hotel pool and cafes. Pool services are excellent.Lifguard Ramit and Jivan very friendly and helpful

The location is terrific. The management needs to be providing necessities like toiletries initially. They need to educate their clients about waste disposal
