Lovely hotel in general, didn’t feel 5 stars, most disappointing element was that people were allowed to smoke and vape around the swimming pool, although the pool was outside there were buildings on 3 sides so cigarette smoke had no where to escape and when I am swimming the last thing I want when I come up for air to breathe is to breathe in cigarette smoke or vapes that could cause me allergic reactions! I checked in at 2.15pm check in is usually 3pm, I was informed my room wasn’t ready and I would be more than happy to wait as usual check in was only 45 mins away! But they said they could put me in a room on the 2nd floor when I’d asked for a higher floor and the room that was ready would be a standard room not the executive room that I had booked! So I said I’d wait rather than be downgraded, then literally 5 mins later my room was ready! So glad they didn’t shove me in a less nice room!

Excellent service as always with all the staff, front desk team even down to the two ladies at the little shop in the hotel always friendly. Great connections with the shuttle to the beach only 10 mins, rooms are big and clean.

Great hotel.

Excellent stay, lovely clean hotel, such friendly staff. Breakfast was really good, so much choice. Pool areas were excellent with free towels. Plentiful supply of bottled water every day. We were upgraded to a wonderful suite so felt thoroughly spoilt.

Great Stay, small room

While we had booked the room for three guests, the space felt quite constrained, especially after adding the extra bed. Although we informed the hotel staff, the only adjustment made was rearranging the existing furniture, which made the room uncomfortably tight. I'm holding back one star solely due to this issue — otherwise, our experience was excellent. I hope Oaks considers placing greater emphasis on guest comfort and space planning, as customer experience should remain a top priority.

The family loved the stay at the apartment but for me it fell a bit short on few minor things , basic amenities wasnt provided like cleaning products , oven gloves and salt and pepper ( this is me being picky ) . Absolute brilliant customer service by the staff and i couldnt fault it at all. I think its my 5th stay at this hotel and i would definitely will be returning again. Shopping mall 2min across road Metro 8min walk Dont need to stay at the busy area of dubai , very nice and quiet. Down side not much of a view and nothings really looked like it has changed in the immediate area since 2018.

Loved our stay at the oaks, all of the staff were wonderful and very welcoming! Great amenities, lovely and spacious rooms. Special mention to Delia and Lovely at the kids play room for being super nice and friendly. Having a dedicated kids club where they can play for a little while with adult supervision is such a great option to offer guests!

Best Omelette and Service

Chef Omer cooked the best cheese omelette exactly the way we wanted. The receptionist staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were really dark so we slept very well
