Hands down best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Would not look elsewhere when going Dubai. Amazing location, facilities, honestly unreal place. Sports bar, the free access to beach bar and 305. Rooftop pool, breakfast amazing. Staff are amazing.

This was my first trip to Dubai and I was celebrating my birthday. The NH Collection Collection Dubai The Palm was simply superb. Upon arrival, my room was not ready (as before 3pm) but once I was checked in, they upgraded me to a 1 bedroom apartment which was welcome surprise. The apartment was quiet, spacious with all amenities and the bed/linens were so comfortable! Everyone at the hotel was so warm and welcoming, I truly felt I was at my second home immediately. The hotel is close to EVERYTHING, including a short walk to the beach and a fabulous mall (Nakheel). The breakfast buffet was included in my room package and was fantastic! The hotel rooftop pool was amazing with breathtaking views. I would begin my days at the pool and end my evenings in the sports bar. The staff went above and beyond! Special thanks must go to Malati, Michael, Muhammad, Faith, May, Monsour and Punjab. Their knowledge & service was world class but more importantly their kindness and generosity of spirit is what made my trip into that of a lifetime. I can’t say enough about this fabulous group especially Malati who always made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you to all for taking such care of me during my stay. I will return because of each and every one of you! 10/10 for the hotel, 1000/10 for Malati, Michael, Muhammad, Faith, May, Mounsour and Punjab.

Stay at NH Collection was so nice and i cant find single thing to complain. I want especially give my thanks to Putri at front desk, as she helped me, with my extra day stay. She made process so smooth and without glitch. All personal at hotel are so nice. Studio was ok for one person but not for 2 as nowhere for both to sit ! The coffee table is massive for the space why not replave with a small table and 2 chairs for 2 ppl to sit and eat. 18 euro for half a coffee and a bottle of water on the beach was expensive Some rooms have good views others very noisy on the road side so be aware of this when booking . Beach sunbeds very scarce a lot of space used to accomodate expensive day beds and cabanas which no one used .suggest remove and replace with normal beds as the cost is already high to stay at hotel .

Lovely hotel, good selection for breakfast and lovely pool. Only negative if had to find one was the lifts were a bit hit and miss and took a while, which given how modern the hotel was and number of floors the expectation of them was higher. Overall lovely hotel though!
