Rooms had cockroaches. In my 6 days stay, no one came to clean the room. Didn't provided towel and cleaning stuff. Bad smell all over the place.

I booked two rooms for two days. It was my worst experience in the room. When I went to the shower, there was no towel. The bathrooms were dirty, and the furniture had wet paint. We vacated early in the morning and canceled the other night. I am requesting you to refund my money.

I booked a studio apartment in the hotel but to my surprise there was nothing in the kitchen of the studio, no gas, no utensils, no microwave infact not even a hot kettle. I stayed for 6-7 nights but they did not provide even drinking water for a single day. I had to purchase water from superstores. Did not even change towels daily. I had to request to change towels once. Not even provided tea coffee sachet that every hotel provides. What is the point of booking a studio apartment when kitchen is not functional
