PLUS: Hotel is lovely my room was spacious very comfortable and food really good with lots of choices. MINUS: Room wasn’t cleaned by end of day 1 so I asked on day 2 for room service to come anytime after 11am. No one came then at 9:30pm (when I tried to get early night ) 3 separate ppl came banging and ringing door bell, then the phone rang over and over even after I asked them to leave it till morning, this went on for an hour. They then did same thing the next 2 days after I said no room service needed I’ll call you….I wasn’t too well so needed rest a lot so this literally ruined my stay as constantly being woke up & became just so annoying. Complained and still nothing changed!!! Won’t be back and moved early to another hotel to finally relax on my holidays 😩

Excellent staff and services, beautiful rooms and great vibe overall. We travelled with a three year old and infant baby and we were supported with a cot and our suite was quiet and spacious. We will definitely consider staying here when we visit Dubai again. We are l very thankful to all the staff.

Average hotel!

Clean room. Electronics in room need to be updated if not working. Reception staff need to be retrained. Full board menu needs more variety otherwise it's not worth it. Coffee machine at breakfast needs to be cleaned daily and serviced regularly. Coffee machine needs urgent attention.
