The hotel room was very nice and clean. The halls smelled absolutely amazing and spotless. Room service did an amazing job at cleaning the rooms and replenishing water. I would stay again I really enjoyed my experience.

Staff was courteous, Room was clean. Location of Hotel near the Airport and therefore due to late night flight arrival, we could reach the hotel quickly. 24 Hour Restaurant was helpful and we were hungry and they were able to serve Pizza at 4:00am. They even allowed us to check out little later.

Breakfast was good but lacking variety. You pretty much got the same things every day. Flooring around the breakfast area needs a bit of work as it was patched up with tape in many areas. Staff seem okay but not that enthusiastic. Rooms were clean but close to the swimming pool where twice there were private functions taking place with loud music playing till late night. Overall a decent experience but would not call it outstanding given its a 5 star property.

Noise from construction site in front of hotel was very annoying. Whilst not the fault of the hotel close liaison with the contractors should have been made to understand what problems would be anticipated? In fitness hotel did offer to change my room. 7 am wake up calls we’re annoying but not the fault of the hotel. Television only gave me access to around seven or eight channels from the 50 that were listed Windows were very dirty Tap in the sink in the bathroom was loose Once I would rate the hotel overall as good these matters do need to be put right.
