My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel was regal and boasted an unrivaled view of the Museum of the Future. Its is conveniently located near 2 metro stations. I think though, the staff could have been more friendly. We did not feel any warmth at this property.

Nice but Needs an upgrade

It was nice. But the hotel definitely needs upgrading as mostvof the furnishings looks drab and not updated. The bathrooms definitely need upgrading as not all the boxes are ticked there. For instance there was no telephone or a corded shower head in my bathroom. Lighting system needs upgrading as it is either too bright or too dark.
