Other Things to Note:
No Pets, Smoking or Vaping
Our apartment is not available to guests traveling with pets. Additionally, the apartment is strictly a non-smoking and non-vaping space.

Upon booking, please send soft copies of passports (or Emirates ID) before check-in for smooth processing at the building’s front desk. We are required to inform the building's front desk of the details of our guests prior to your arrival.

Kindly return all access cards in good condition at checkout. There are up to three cards we may provide to you:

1. One Apartment access card needs to be returned: A replacement fee of AED 550 applies if you do not return the card to us, damage it, or lose it. This is because we are charged a replacement fee by the Residence.

2. Two Parking Garage cards (should you be renting a car and need the parking space) need to be returned: One card is for vehicle entrance to the undergound parking. A second card is for entrance into the building from the underground. A replacement fee of 1000 AED per card applies if you do not return it to us, damage it, or lose it. This is because we are charged replacement fees by the Residence.

Your hosts are available upon check-in and checkout to assist with the apartment or building.
