We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, and the staff were always attentive - especially the pool boys, who were consistently friendly and helpful. The reception staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room service team was very friendly and helpful as well. We really felt well taken care of throughout our stay. On the last day, we even received a cute little gift at the reception, which made us really happy. I also celebrated my birthday on November 11th and was surprised with a piece of cake - such a lovely gesture. We will definitely be coming back!
