It was crowded and dirty. Wait for lifts for edges. Beach pathway was terrible. Building works all over. No one bothered to guide. Receptionist very rude as if take it or leave it. Breakfast manager was like hitler. An Egyptian guy. Rude to everyone. Staff guest.😂😂😂 As if we were there as prisoners. It’s my 4th visit there. I don’t think so I’m going back there. 😒. Very upset with the trip there.

I love staying in JBR and enjoy the hotel convenience of being beach side. However my experience this time was impacted by the repairs taking place at Hilton which meant we did not have the pool side facility near the beach which was the primary reason for booking this hotel. Repairs are going to continue until October 2025 so anyone going will need to bear this in mind.

The room was great but the hotel itself was far too busy and hectic. The lobby was carnage including the lifts very busy, people barging in and out constantly and very slow lifts. Lobby was extremely warm air con very bad in the lobby.

Friendly staff, but some of the photos presented in Expedia are an outrageous and misleading lie; the main swimming pool is currently a construction site. This also means the beach club is pretty unpleasant - two rows of sub loungers cramped in with a large construction fence looming over them and large JCB diggers coming to within a few feet of your beloved is hardly relaxing!!
