We checked in late due to our flight arriving in after midnigh they were kind enough to give us a late checked however when check out time of 12 noon came we got a phone call saying we need to leave the night before staff did not update the morning staff! Being the tallest hotel we would have thought the standards would be higher. The bedroom was spacious but outdated the carpet was dirty & table side windows were dusty. Breakfast was basic and staff looked extremely unhappy .. we were looked after by raine, hossin and other staff luckily we were only there for one day. Best part of the hotel was the infinity pool with lovely views. time which was very very helpful to us but I

I recently stayed at the Gevora Hotel during my business trip for the Gulfood Show, and I wanted to share my feedback. The central location was excellent, and the stunning views from the hotel, especially the higher floors, added a great touch to my stay. The breakfast selection was diverse, and the staff was helpful. The elevator wait times were quite long, especially during peak hours, which was a bit inconvenient. The room amenities could use some upgrades.

the elevators are packed and it smells bad because of the amount of people that get in because there is not enough. The breakfast food quality could be better for this 4 stars hotel, inside the room a lot of broken items like mirror and drawers. We also paid for the views but could not enjoy it because of the very very dirty windows. I think they can't change for the views if they can't provide:(

Excellent location for this hotel. The lifts are as bad as described by other reviewers… they are just not enough to serve efficiently the influx of guests! My room overlooked Shaykh Zayed Road, so while having a beautiful view of the sea it was a bit noisy, even if I was in the 20ies floors. Staff very nice and efficient. I would stay there again if I want to be on the go with the metro so near by…

It was okay, all the finishes in bathrooms and rooms were poor, asking for water we were limited to 4 bottles per 24 hours (we were 3 people, its 32 degrees outside). TV in room 1 didnt work, internet on laptops requires staff to attend to, breakfast room is crowded and poorly laid out meaning you bump into people constantly or they bump into you. The Pool is nice but the elevators are impossible, so it can take 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes to get on one

The stay was a nightmare, still cannot believe how uncomfortable it was. First elevator was a joke, it takes at least 15mins to arrive when you need it. To ma the matter worse, there is no service lift, so staff use the guests elevator with trolleys filled with dirty towels and leftover food. It was so disgusting.. The worst part is that they woke us up at around 4 am to scan one of the passport that was not scanned at check in. Seriously at this hour ?! Also it took them 40mins to get our luggage up to the room and also at check out too. Unbelievable. We also asked for extra towels and were flat out questioned why we needed more. What kind of a hotel does not offer a basic service like this !? The noise was also unbearable as the glass doors do not have noise cancellation. To top it off , there was an insect in the bathroom. I do NOT recommend this hotel! And will NEVER stay here again.
