I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and my experience was nothing short of dreadful. I’ll list my major concerns below to highlight the issues I faced during my stay.1.Old and Unkempt Facility: The hotel is quite old and in desperate need of renovation. The room I stayed in was on the 56th floor, and although it was "clean" by the hotel’s standards, it certainly didn’t meet the standards I would expect from a hotel in Dubai. The floor was stained, the furniture had visible dust, and the overall feel was outdated.2.Hygiene Issues in the Bathroom: The bathroom was a major concern. There was black mold present (I’ve attached pictures below) in several areas, which was both unsightly and concerning. Additionally, the sink was leaking, and despite raising this issue immediately with the hotel, the problem was not properly addressed.3.Poor Maintenance Response: I first complained about the leak, and an “engineer” was sent to fix it. He claimed the issue was a loose connection and assured me it would be resolved. However, when I returned that night, the leak was still there. I complained again the next day, and although they offered to upgrade me to a suite, the suite was even dirtier, with stains on the carpet and visible dust on the furniture. I declined the upgrade due to my allergies, hoping for a solution to the leak issue instead.Unprofessional Management: I requested to speak with a manager, hoping for a resolution. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude

We checked in late due to our flight arriving in after midnigh they were kind enough to give us a late checked however when check out time of 12 noon came we got a phone call saying we need to leave the night before staff did not update the morning staff! Being the tallest hotel we would have thought the standards would be higher. The bedroom was spacious but outdated the carpet was dirty & table side windows were dusty. Breakfast was basic and staff looked extremely unhappy .. we were looked after by raine, hossin and other staff luckily we were only there for one day. Best part of the hotel was the infinity pool with lovely views. time which was very very helpful to us but I

I recently stayed at the Gevora Hotel during my business trip for the Gulfood Show, and I wanted to share my feedback. The central location was excellent, and the stunning views from the hotel, especially the higher floors, added a great touch to my stay. The breakfast selection was diverse, and the staff was helpful. The elevator wait times were quite long, especially during peak hours, which was a bit inconvenient. The room amenities could use some upgrades.

the elevators are packed and it smells bad because of the amount of people that get in because there is not enough. The breakfast food quality could be better for this 4 stars hotel, inside the room a lot of broken items like mirror and drawers. We also paid for the views but could not enjoy it because of the very very dirty windows. I think they can't change for the views if they can't provide:(

Excellent location for this hotel. The lifts are as bad as described by other reviewers… they are just not enough to serve efficiently the influx of guests! My room overlooked Shaykh Zayed Road, so while having a beautiful view of the sea it was a bit noisy, even if I was in the 20ies floors. Staff very nice and efficient. I would stay there again if I want to be on the go with the metro so near by…
