The Hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The only problem is the elevators are small and takes a while to get to you. Sometimes they are full due to it being small, so need to wait for another. Other then that the hotel is great.

Good hotel but inconvenient for elevator wait and inability to get outside services requested when I was able to do it in the Diva hotel at Creek Harbour! Was out of shower gel for 2 days in a row even though I called twice and requested it.

We had so many issues here. The keys were not working half of the time. Elevators take forever to get you to your room or lobby. Windows are terribly dirty, could not enjoy the view because the windows were so dirty. I had a leak of water in my room. Bathroom was dirty, the room was not very clean. We had some random beds in the hallways.

We booked the most expensive room for the Burj view but the windows were so dirty and when we talked to someone about it they said it only gets cleaned every 6 months. The floor tiles in the room were broken, water doesn’t stay in the tub when you shower. Elevator takes forever.

Great sized room with great facilities. A little dated, and the exterior windows could use a clean to help with the "paid for" view. Otherwise the staff were great, helpfull and friendly. The facilities were great with pool and gym(despite some equipment out of order). Will definitely consider staying there again.

Everything was great! The staff was professional and friendly, the hotel was clean and beautifully maintained. The pool area was lovely, with cozy sunbeds perfect for relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. The only minor detail was the elevator wait time during peak hours—it could be a bit longer than expected. Other than that, everything was perfect! Highly recommended!
