I had to book this hotel as a last minute option due to a family member being taken ill, my main request was to have a room that is quiet and away from any noise as I had spent most nights prior in hospital and hadn’t slept at all for almost a week. The check in lady was amazing and told me not to worry and I loved the room. The location was perfect as I was able to go to the mall very easily.

Ideal location attached to the DFC mall providing lots of shopping and dining options. The room was a good size with modern deco. Lots of options of places to eat at the hotel as well as the mall. 2 swimming pools to choose from with easy access to sun loungers

Great.

I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Festival City. The location is great—right next to the mall and close to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The pool area was also very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.
