the place is comfortable for big family and the owner very cooperative and helpful, also the palce is in the complex, easy to go to the beach and near Dubai Tram and easy to go to the city for sightseeing

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well decorated. The kitchen appliances could be updated / replaced - pots and pans are very old. Also, basic amenities in the kitchen such as salt / pepper, dish towels, dish soap, etc. would be appreciated.
