Bad experience

First they call me after I booked the villa and paid them, and told me the the villa is not ready and has a lot of maintenance issues and it will not be ready so they asked me to cancel the booking from my side, I refused, than they offer me another villa in different place, I agree with that, but the problem when I arrived I found out that the lace is not ready and a lot of workers are there to make it ready ( internet, swimming pool, TV and the main door gate). They didn’t finish the work till the next day of my stay around 5 pm. They offer me one day price to be refunded and one day free stay next month in weekend day. Hope you follow up with them and let me know why is all of this problem happened.
