Great location. Nice almost unobstructed view of Burj Khalifa and fountain show. Our stay was nothing short of a nightmare. The place has not been kept in good order. Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Toiletries were cheap quality. Incomplete utensils and cutlery in the kitchen. Nothing that could meet the needs of a family of 4. Safety locker was not operational and when asked about it we were informed that the technition would come next day but that never happened. The apartment is jn a severe need of renovations to align with high daily rate that they charge. On top of it all there was extremely loud construction noise over three days. So loud that we could not even talk amongst ourselves let alone sleep. When the property manager was asked for compensation they were not willing to do anything about it other than offer credit for future stay at their property. The construction noise was from the renovations happening in the apartment right below us. The renovation permit must have been approved by the building management after informing the neighbors and knowing this the apartment should not have been offered on Hotels.com for those dates but they had no consideration for the wellbeing of their guests.
