Adjacent to the living room is a stylish dining area, comfortably seating up to 6 guests. The handcrafted wooden dining table, paired with a unique ceiling light fixture, adds a touch of sophistication to your dining experience.

The modern kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with high-end appliances and a separate countertop that provides ample space for meal preparation.

The master bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and pillows. A built-in dresser doubles as a convenient workspace if needed. Please be advised that there is ongoing maintenance work in some of the units in the building. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.

Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 2000.

Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee.

Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.

Late check-out fee AED 100/hour.
