Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM. We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.

Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.

If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 700 for each lost access card.

Late check-out fee AED 100/hour.

Please note that this property does not have balcony.

Please be advised that there will be a refurbishment work on the Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU) from 11 August 2025 to 12 September 2025. During this period, the fresh air supply and return fans will be temporarily shutdown. The AC units located inside the apartment and the corridors will not be affected. Please also note that some noise may be heard between 10AM to 5PM Mon - Fri during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
