I stayed 5 days. It is my second time in the same hotel. The location is very good, so is the breakfast. Unfortunately the club lounge food is not up to the standarts. It is the same food everyday, over and over again, same spices, same taste. I suggest they try more plain food. And leave the options to the eaters. Staff members are very good. Especially Room Service Ranjit Club Lounge: Tahmina and Virginia Breakfas: Rodney, Hope, Emily … Check in: Mehmet, Alla and Mahmoud They are all excellent. I will definitely be back to the hotel. Rooms are very large.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have wonderful experiences in dubai. The staff are welcoming and super helpful at all times . everything is spotless and clean. So many options to choose from for breakfast and club access you have access to buffet for lunch/after noon tea and dinner. The view is something else out of movies specially if you got burj khalifa and fountain view. I would never bother looking around for hotel in dubai I go straight to here!!

I was told I will receive a final statement after my stay and my deposit will be refunded Till today despite multiple emails not response Hotel has very later and poor response and waste my time Also multiple time has issues with sink not draining and issues was not entirely resolved Would not recommend full package / lunch and dinner not worth it at all and expensive for what is being offered
