Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When I went to check he kept saying he didn't have a room. I told him I booked and paid for it months ago. Then he said he had the cleanest room they had and no smoking. I informed him there would not be any smoking in the room. The room was cold upon arrival and never git warmed up until the next afternoon. The water wasn't real hot, no cold water needed turned on for a shower. The light in the bathroom only had 1 bulb instead of 3 like it shoukd have had and no light shade on it. There wasn't any heat in the bathroom. There were old cobwebs in the corner of the room. The beds were very low and there were queen or king beadspreads on double beds. If this was their cleanest room I wiukd hate to see the others. There was also a half empty bottle of milk left in the refrigerator.
The man at the desk was very hard to understand and he kept talking to someone else (who I couldn't see) in another language while I was trying to check in. We will never stay there again.
