We were booked for 2 nights, after our first night we did a bunch of sites returned to our room to relax and watch hockey game. Received a call (450pm)saying we needed to move to a first floor room as they were painting the stairs. We did this as not to be difficult but not what we had planned. Moved quickly to lower room, that night we had a truck running (530am)not far from our room and continued for a while until my husband finally asked if he could turn it off and the driver left as he was in the truck The air conditioner did not work in this room as we would have run it overnight to block sounds. The staff were as nice as able & we were able to wash a load of clothes but no dryer so hung clothes in room. Continental breakfast was fine and location was good for the sites we wanted to see. Fossil shop across street, restaurant next to us Happy Belly grill &bar was great. Information and Tyra dinosaur just over bridge. Construction on bridge so one lane only. We were not happy with having to move rooms some thing I do not think was right to ask us esp since we had booked this a while ago and here for 2 nights

This motel is great for what you pay. There isn't much of a view, but we were only there to sleep and left very early. It was conveniently located to things we wanted to find earlier in the evening. Not modern or updated but clean. We didn't get to try the breakfast, but there is one. Good value.

Staff was friendly, no clean towels during my stay until I had to go to the desk to ask on the 4th day. Carpet was filthy, reaching behind bedside table to use the outlet, there was used cutlery. The walls were paper thin. I heard people talking word for word, coughing, sneezing on one side, people having intercourse on the other. Advertising breakfast with stay, only tea and coffee available some days. Mentioned to the staff at the desk. Nothing done about it. Would like some sort of refund, but no one to ask. Very disappointed.

Good hotel for the price. The staff were friendly, and they had hot pancakes for breakfast. It has a motel feel, but that’s what I was expecting - so I was happy for the price I paid.
