when we checked in our room wasn't ready for us. we went to it and both beds hadn't been made and bedding changed. the lady at the front desk made the room to acceptable standards.

There’s an odour, we noticed it as we first walked down the hall to the elevator on the first floor, don’t know if it’s due to it being carpet outside of the pool area. Not the cleanest place, bedding was stained as well. The pool was crowded, but waterslide was nice, kept the kids entertained. The layout of the rooms isn’t good, no empty space, not enough room to set up a pack and play if travelling with kids. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, the area is crowded, not enough seating. Definetly not worth 300 bucks a night!

I thought everything was reasonably clean. The building did feel a little dated though. Lastly, a minor issue, the channel guide on the TV wasn't working for 2 days while there, so it was back to the very old days of channel surfing. :)

**Family-Friendly Haven!** We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel – perfect for families! Kids loved the pool, close to all the attractions. Guest laundry, good breakfast and lots of dining options within walking distance. Friendly staff from check-in to check-out, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet.
