I had a very disappointing experience with the manager. I stayed at this location for nearly a month and spent over $3,000. The pool and laundry facilities had been out of service for over a year, yet the listing did not mention this. The website also states that the property is pet-friendly, but they only allow service animals. After weeks of staying there with my cat, I was suddenly told I had to leave. This was incredibly frustrating and unfair, especially after being a long term guest.

Grassy area around property had not been mowed recently, especially in back. Appeared to be no outdoor sitting areas, and pool was not working which was not a new situation according to staff. Overall property seemed old and tired and not especially well maintained.

It was a good stay until the people next door and above started making fun of me. I suffer from gastritis, colitis, pancreatitis, and acid reflux, so I take medication to help with that. I had to use the bathroom, and the person above me said they needed an ambulance because they couldn't breathe, and the dog was barking incessantly. The people next to me did the same, except a nice woman who she stood up for me and checked on me.

This location did not meet usual expectations

Several item There were no options for early check in. Since we booked second party there were no options to upgrade at the facility. Breakfast was very limited, cinimmon rolls only one morning of three, when bacon ran out at 8 am they would not put out more even though breakfast was open till 9. The coffee pot was empty when I arrived at 8 and we had to wait 15 minutes till another pot was brewed. Pancake machine was broken the three days we were there, fruit was sad looking, oatmeal was watery. In the room we had a continuous runny commode and a noisy air conditioner. The bed was not made well the bottom sheet was not even tucked in. Well not stay at this Holiday Inn location again.

We stayed here to attend a wedding nearby and the location was great for that. It was too early for the pool to be open, but we were disappointed that there wasn’t anywhere to relax in the sun since it was warm and sunny while we were there and we wanted to enjoy being outside since we came from a cold climate at home. There was a patio with tables and chairs outside the breakfast area but it only got sun late in the day. The breakfast buffet was acceptable and pretty typical for free hotel breakfasts.
