Fantastic location overlooking the Old Town Square. Clean, spacious apartment with lovely decor. Extremely helpful staff. Will always stay here when in Dresden.

Die Unterkunft liegt total zentral. Ein toller Blick auf die Frauenkirche und den Neumarkt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die moderne Einrichtung, tolle Betten, ein sauberes Bad, eine schöne Küche....alles bestens!

Die Residenz liegt direkt am Neumarkt. Perfekt für einen Weihnachts -markt Bummel. Die Frauenkirche ist nur wenige Schritte vom App. entfernt. Kurze Wege sind es auch zur Semperoper, zum Zwinger, zum Strietzelmarkt, zu den Elbterassen und vieles mehr. Frühstück kann man sich im App selber machen, denn es ist alles dafür vorhanden. Wenn man das nicht möchte, kann man auch direkt am Neumarkt frühstücken gehen. Das Parkhaus am Neumarkt ist zwar mit 25,- Euro pro Tag etwas teuer, dafür steht das Fahrzeug trocken uns sicher und vor allem keine 30m vom App entfernt. Wir waren begeistert und können die Heinrich Schütz Residenz nur empfehlen.

Zentrumsnah

Besser kann man es nicht haben - mitten in der City, die Frauenkirche in Sichtweite (leider nicht von unseren Apartment) und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Dresdens leicht zu Fuß erreichbar . Zwar war es aufgrund des Stadtfestes auch lauter, gewöhnungsbedürftig für uns aus der "Provinz". Das Santana-Konzert am Sonntag am Elbufer - der eigentliche Grund unserer Kurzreise - war wundervoll, vor allem vor der Kulisse der Altstadt.

Son unos apaartamentos excepcionales. Recién terminados, perfectos de decoración, calefacción y servicios. Personas muy amables (aunque a veces no habñía nadie que hablase inglés y en alemán nos resultaba imposible) en un edificio a estrenar. El entorno inmejorable. Desde la puerta se ve la Frauenkirche. Más céntrico imposible. Hemos pasado una semana excepcional, en parte, gracias al acierto en la elección de este apartamento.
