We spent two nights at the Hampton by Hilton in Dresden as a family — my wife, our 17-month-old baby, and myself — and had a wonderful stay. It all started with a warm and friendly welcome at the front desk. Every member of the staff we interacted with was exceptionally helpful and attentive — truly service-oriented. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, yet the hotel remains very quiet and peaceful. Our baby slept soundly through the night without being disturbed, which says a lot about the calm environment. A big thank you to the entire Hampton team for your great service and hospitality. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Dresden!

This hotel is conveniently located near the Altmarket and a tram stop. It is a new hotel, with some construction occurring in one side. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The fitness center and breakfast were both excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it.

Was gut war: Sauberes Zimmer, Frühstück war standardmäßig gut! Was schlecht war: Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die verbesserungswürdig sind. Beim Auschecken wurde nicht nach meiner Zufriedenheit oder meinem Eindruck gefragt, was ich bei einem professionellen Service erwartet hätte. Zudem gab es während meines Aufenthalts deutlichen Baulärm aufgrund von Bauarbeiten am Nachbargebäude. Ein entsprechender Hinweis auf mögliche Lärmbelästigungen fehlte jedoch bei der Buchung. Durch den Baulärm war es zudem nicht möglich, morgens auszuschlafen, was meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.Ich empfehle dem Hotel, künftige Gäste im Voraus transparent auf solche Umstände hinzuweisen und beim Auschecken proaktiv nach Feedback zu fragen.
