Only 200m from the Baltic Sea, our modern, freely planned architect's house welcomes you in a dreamlike and quiet location, in Rehbergort, in the northwest of the island of Rügen.

The house was newly built in 2012 in high-quality solid construction and, as a highlight, has an approx. 40m² roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea.

The modern, elegant architecture of the house continues inside. The rooms were designed and furnished by a well-known interior decorator, both in terms of color and the choice of furniture and fabrics.

The entire house offers you a well thought-out floor plan and a total of approx.

The large apartment "water", which is suitable for up to 6 people and which also includes the roof terrace, offers you about 115m² of living space.

The smaller apartment "Wind", which is suitable for up to 4 people, offers you about 55m² of living space.

Each apartment also has its own sauna from the brand manufacturer "KLAFS".

The modern architectural style and the wonderfully large windows flood the rooms with light. The windows are of course provided with roller blinds so that you can enjoy your privacy whenever and wherever you want.

In summer you can enjoy the sun on the quiet natural beach right in front of the door or on one of the wonderful white sandy beaches in the surrounding area.

On colder days, warm up in your own dry sauna after a nice walk on the beach or spend a romantic evening in front of the Swedish stove.

The equipment leaves nothing to be desired.

And if you just want to relax and maybe the weather is not so nice, you can of course also spend a few cozy hours with an exciting book on the couch or let one of the large flat screens entertained with a large selection of programs.

No matter what you choose, a Swedish stove available in every apartment always contributes to the right ambience.

Even better than it looks in the photos!

This place is amazing! The house is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and has everything you need in the kitchen and otherwise. The photos in the listing do not do it justice. It is even more beautiful in person. It is a 5 minute walk down a path to the sea. We've never visited this part of Germany and we had the most peaceful and relaxing vacation here.

Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr ländlich, perfekt zum abschalten. Küste ist relativ schnell erreichbar, Strand lädt aber nicht wirklich zum Baden ein. Aber gibt genügend Strände in der Nähe. Tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt in sehr gutem Zustand.

Schöner Urlaub im Mai 2023

Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung "Wasser" war für uns sehr erholsam. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und nutzten daher sehr gern die Dachterrasse. Auch in der Ferienwohnung war sehr viel Platz (wir waren 3 Personen). Die Ferienwohnung ist zu dem auch sehr schön eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles, was zum Kochen benötigt wird, in guter Qualität vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern der Ferienwohnung war auch sehr angenehm. Wir werden daher sehr gerne wieder diese Ferienwohnung buchen, wenn wir einen erholsamen Urlaub auf der Insel Rügen verbringen wollen!
