No coffee maker, no waffle maker, the staff need to learn hospitality. This place used to make you want to come again, not this one. The quality of service makes you feel like they don’t want to work at all. What HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE. Need to send a mystery guest to access the premises and staff. Red Roof Inn is getting a bad reception

The bathroom tub was horrible. It was scratched up and looked dirty. I tried on two separate days to get my room changed, but got no help from the desk clerks. It was the worst stay, out of many times staying, at red roof. Probably won't stay again unless every other hotel is full.

The room was clean and satisfactory. The breakfast was of low quality foods, including bread. The coffee was not drinkable and there was no butter for toast. It was noisy as I was on the first floor facing the road but there were also people making noise in the hallway until about midnight.

The service was great, but the hotel wasn’t clean in my own opinion. There was a lot of homeless hanging outside right by the entrances and the rooms felt slightly musty. Not my cup of tea
