Restaurant isn’t open despite being advertised on the booking, had to get Uber eats for food, walls are paper thin so can hear everything in room next door.
Although you can see the runway from your room there is no quick walking route to and from the airport as you have to walk completely opposite way to get out of the airport and round the road route (30 minute or so walk) and “shuttle” is just a taxi that costs 20 euros for a 2 minute ride - 40 euros round trip and no guarantee of one being there in the morning if early and before hotel reception opens.
Would not use this hotel again
No restaraunt. And brasserie food from vending machine? Forget it. This hotel is incorrectly described. The restaraunt has been closed for 1 year. The advertised bar has been cleared out with only an empty beer tap. The 'brasserie' vending machine had been emptied so I had to order delivery food.
The fact that it is advertised as having a airport shuttle service is an absolute lie. We arrive at 8.50pm and contacted the hotel immediately to arrange a shuttle and they said it would be 15 minutes. We waited outside in the freezing cold and had to phone them 4 times to check when it would arrive. After repeatedly being told it would be 10 more minutes, a taxi turned up and took another family who were also waiting. After 1 1/2 hours waiting we eventually gave up and paid over the odds for another taxi. There is no other way of getting to the hotel apart from a 40 minute walk and this would not be safe in this area , especially when it is dark.

Highly recommend very friendly staff members and excellent breakfast I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The hotel is advertised as DC Hotel and Restaurant. I specifically chose it because it says it has a restaurant. The hotel directory in each room says enjoy a meal in the restaurant. However when we checked in we were told restaurant was closed. No mention of this when booking.
Also we agreed to pay when we checked out the next morning. However when we went to do so, they had already changed the 2 rooms I booked to the credit card I used to guarantee booking. This is contrary to the terms and conditions of booking.
Very disappointing.
