The main level offers a practical and welcoming layout. A convenient mudroom entry provides the perfect place to store hiking boots, ski gear, and outdoor equipment after a day of exploring. Inside, you will find a cozy living room with a pellet stove, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for gathering and relaxing. The primary bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom are also located on the main floor, along with an in-home laundry closet for added convenience. A sliding glass door leads directly to a private covered deck, offering a comfortable outdoor space in every season.
Upstairs features an open sleeping loft overlooking the living area below (not a fully enclosed bedroom), along with a small private balcony that provides a quiet spot to enjoy the mountain air.
Outside, guests can enjoy a backyard firepit area perfect for evening gatherings, along with a spacious pull-through driveway with room for trailers (with pre-approval). The property also includes full RV hookups with 30-amp 120V power, water, and sewer connections, making it an excellent choice for guests traveling with recreational vehicles, boats, or outdoor gear.
Located in a quiet residential area off West Mountain Road, the home offers a peaceful mountain setting while keeping you close to everything the region has to offer. Pets: If you would like to bring a pet, please message us prior to booking. All pets require pre-approval. A $75 fee per pet is required and must be paid prior to arrival. A refundable pet deposit may also apply per pet (in addition to the $75 fee), based on factors such as age, weight, breed, shedding, and sex.
If approval is granted but required fees and/or deposits are not paid before arrival, the pet will be considered unauthorized. Evidence of an unauthorized pet on the property (inside OR outside) at any time during your stay will result in a $500 penalty per pet. Guests with unauthorized pets may be required to vacate immediately without refund. Any pet-related damage will incur additional charges, whether the pet was approved or not.
Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
