After a lengthy trip, I wanted a stopover that I could relax before the long flight back to Australia. This was perfect. Great pool area, spacious room and bathroom. It is located away from most things, which I wasn’t worried about, meant I didn’t leave and spend money unnecessarily. I booked the half board such meant I had breakfast and dinner included. Can I say, this was really impressive. Each night was a different theme and the amount of food was incredible.

Decent hotel with a good location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Felt the hotel lacked some of the 5 star feels. Rooms were cleaned daily however carpets on floors were stained. Variety of food was good but not sufficiently differing in the breakfast menu. Especially disappointed in the buffet dinner. I had half board included but was told the dinner did not include any drinks (only water) what made it worse was they were charging 25 riyals for a coke can which was in the shopping market right outside the hotel for 2.5 riyals. For a 5 star hotel some drinks should be included and most definitely should not be more than 10 times the price of the drink from the market

The staff was excellent in particular Rajesh who treated us extremely well. However, the windows and the infrastructure you could tell needed some work done. I’m sure it looked great when it first opened, but you could see the wear and tear. They definitely need a remodel.

Overall I would rate this hotel 4/5. Dina at the front desk was super friendly and I asked if I could do an early check in, she made this possible. My room was gorgeous! The location is 5 mins to a metro station on a straight road and travelling is really cheap in Doha. The only thing I was not a fan of was the breakfast and dinner. I had half board. Both options were very poor.
