I had a wonderful stay at Shaza hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. They even accommodated my request for an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, they provided great tips on nearby attractions, including the local museum, the Souq, and several other interesting places worth exploring. I would highly recommend this Hotel. Joana Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would gladly stay here again!

My stay here was great. The front desk receptionist was kind and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I would gladly choose to stay at Shaza again.

The Hotel overall is good. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Pros: - 5 minutes walk to Souq Waqif metro - 10 minutes walk to Souq Waqif - Walkable distance to Fanar mosque - Room and shower is nice - Bed is comfortable - Wifi is good Cons: - The rooms aren't sound proofed. If you have neighbors, you will hear them talking/snoring/clapping/dropping things etc - The hotel room doors auto slam shut, which can wake you up in the night - The A/C in each of the rooms are inconsistent, one room can be loud, another room you need to set a different temperature The hotel is excellent in many areas, but the essential parts fall short for me, such as a peaceful sleep and staying cool in the night. As a result I fell ill from lack of sleep and had to move rooms twice.

It was fine. Clean room and comfortable bed. No fridge to cool drinking water (it was 45 degrees) and the water coming out of the cold tap was warm. It's not a 5 star hotel. Had to queue to check in after a long flight arriving at night as only one member of staff around.

Not as expected

We have requested two separate single beds but we had two single beds attached even after notifying the hotel before our stay. Whilst moving the beds there was dirt which was not clean and when separating the beds the charging socket had been blocked which does not allow enough room - we have requested a new room but they have insisted there was no other option. Also when using the lift to get to our hotel there was no room as luggage trolley was blocking our access.

Great Location

Suite was very roomy and comfortable. Very good location near Islamic Art Museum. National Museum and Souq Waqif. Restaurant was much better than I would expect at a hotel.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone went the above and beyond to make sure that my stay was memorable. The hotel is centrally located, clean and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the rooftop garden and pool.
