The bed was a solid rock as in like a rock. It was so uncomfortable that I did not have a good night sleep at all. Electrical outlets are outdated. The shower head came off and fell on me. The water became so hot that even if you immediately turn it to cold it still took a few minutes for colder water to come out. It can be a danger for senior citizens. I thought I might burn myself. When I checked out, I mentioned it to the staff and they were oblivious to my complaint with no apology. I guess they are used to these type of complaints already. I am certain they didn't care anymore since I was leaving. Considering I paid over USD 200 for my stay it feels like I was robbed of my money. This hotel has certainly seen better days. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

It’s a good hotel, staff is friendly but slow a bit. Room need more maintenance and to be more clean,because the bathroom had flying bugs. Location is close to souq waqif and the metro station but the area is not fancy at all and a bit loud sometimes
