The hotel advertises an airport shuttle and does not have one. They say you must contact them for it but they don’t have one. I asked for one in the morning and I was told they don’t have an airport shuttle. Room is large but just ok. If you are planning on an airport shuttle….don’t.

Old smelly and dirty! It needs to renovate the whole thing. The positive it’s big apartment with lots space, kitchen, laundry, living room.

I did not like the insite parking lot. It is very hard to enter into and exit from the parking because it is very tiny. I hit my rented car twice while I was exiting the parking. Parking out side is also hard because of limited spaces. I needed help from the hotel stuff each time I needed to park.

Some sort of strong smell in the room probably the air fresheners they use, very limited and tasteless oily breakfast buffet.

Staff try to look for ways to rip you off throughout ur stay. For example when I got to the hotel my taxi driver charged me 45 riyal. I asked the hotel to book me a taxi upon my departure and instead they booked me an Uber which cost 150 riyal (charged me triple). It’s very disappointing to see staff take advantage of vulnerable tourists.
