A 130m² cottage in a unique setting, part of our main residence, with completely independent access and use. A 60m² wood and stone terrace. High-end amenities include two bedrooms with double beds, walk-in closets, an office, a cathedral-ceilinged living room, a bathroom, a laundry room, a mezzanine, and an open-plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances.
Nestled in a forest setting, the property offers direct access on foot or by bike to the Rance towpaths and the Port of Dinan (3 minutes and 150m) with all its restaurants. The historic center is a 15-minute walk and a 3-minute drive away.
Private outdoor parking is available on the property.
For safety reasons related to the forest setting, only adults or parents with children over 13 are permitted.
