The only reason I did not give this a 5 star was because it was a little dated. But do not let this deter you from staying. It's simple, the LOCATION and accessiblity to everything is nothing short of amazing. The facilities were clean and the staff was very responsive to anything needed or asked.

BED BUGS! I wish I had found them BEFORE sleeping in the bed! I should have known. The room was dingy, the bed was lumpy with failing springs and the coffee maker didnt even work. The tub dripped all night and the highway noise made it into the room without issue. This hotel should not be recommended.

There was no remote in the room so we called the front desk and it took two calls to finally receive a remote, only to find out the tv itself didn't work. That was very inconvenient since the heating unit to the room was incredibly loud and sounded like an old car starting up every 5 minutes. The three of us got no sleep the night before a big ski day. The bed was moderately comfortable

When we arrived, the toilet was flushing slowly. My son went to use the bathroom and the toilet overflowed. We were on our way back to the room so he called the front desk. Their solution was to bring up towels to soak it up and left it for my 17-year-old son to clean up himself. When I arrive back at the hotel, I went down to the front desk after waiting for someone from the staff to come up and clean the fecal matter off of the bathroom floor. The girl at the front desk gave me a plunger to work on it. No one from the staff ever came to address the issue in our room. I called and reported getting a refund and have not heard back from anyone from Expedia. I need to hear back or I will fight the charge.

Customer service was great. Property upkeep is very poor; the linens were threadbare and discolored, there were stains on one set of sheets, there was a stench of old cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room, the carpet in the entry way was separating away from the wall and you could see the sub floor, one of the lampshades was missing off the bedside table lamp and one of the window panes was cracked fully horizontal across leaking cold air into the room. It was a place to rest our heads for a last minute booking during a busy holiday time, but do yourself a favor and book at the Best Western for just a few dollars more. If it weren’t for the pleasant customer service, I would have given 1 star.
