Our newly remodeled condo is the perfect place to relax the day away, or to come home to after a day of mountain adventure. The living room features comfortable high quality leather furniture, including a heated zero gravity massage chair. Your entertainment needs are covered with free cable on the flat screen HDTVs in each room, DVD and Blu Ray players, as well as game systems, board and card games. No worries if you need to stay connected — free Wi-Fi and an in-condo business station with use of laser printer ; e-print from your mobile device!

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a queen size pillow top bed with memory foam topper for extra comfort. There is ground-level outside access to the parking lot and all the comforts of home with TV, DVD player, alarm clock, and plenty of clothing storage.
The second bedroom is spacious with double sized bunk beds that easily sleep 4. It is “game central” with Xbox and PlayStation game systems, a game table and chairs, as well as lots of board and card games.
More sleep space is available in the living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa.
With advanced notice, we can leave out a pack-and-play crib for the little ones.

Two fully remodeled bathrooms means less time for your group to get ready for a great day! The luxury continues with bathroom heaters and hair dryers.

Great Stay in Dillon

We had a wonderful experience renting the condo right across from Lake Dillon. Check-in was easy, amenities were nice, and you can’t beat the location. We’ll surely rent again!

The View is the Best

Love being right across the street from the lake. Property is clean and well supplied. Comfortable beds and roomy master bath. Kitchen supplied with spices and basics. The hot tub and pool here are great as well. Would stay again.

Amazing views and excellent location!

THE VIEW!! Unbelievable. The location was great. Righton the lake, a very short walk to the amphitheater, a 2 minute drive to resturants and shops. Plenty of room for our group of 5. We would definitely come back! Our only recommendation would be to update the binder with all the pamphlets and things to do. They are dated back to 2013...

Property was good for the most part. The heating was hard to get right…very hot in the bedrooms and chilly in the family room area where my son was sleeping. We tried different settings on the temp controls and still the same. Strange entrance to the unit right in the master bedroom. Cleanliness was ok. Great location though to ski areas.

This property meant our requirements for access to Dillon Amphitheater and bike/walking trails. Unit is as advertised, more than amply equipped. Gorgeous view of rez and mountains! Only stayed 2 nights, will return!

Great location, odd entry into master bedroom

The location of the condo is great, convenient to skiing, restaurants, grocery & other stores. The layout of the condo is great with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths BUT weird that the main entry is into the master bedroom. The master bed was not comfortable, much too soft and saggy for our preference. Our kids did enjoy the bunk beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and overall the condo had everything we needed. But the master bed would prevent us from returning to this particular condo.

Great condo right on Lake Dillon!

Wonderful location and very nice condo. Walk right out the back door to the lake! Games, movies, and video games were a great addition. I recommend this place for a couple or for a family.

Great location, and great with kids!!

The biggest draw to this place is the incredible location, right next to Lake Dillon, with incredible views, easy access to the lake and trail and it's close proximity to restaurants, grocery store, ski slopes, etc. The condo feels very well kept, with modern decor and an updated feel. The double bed bunks were great for the kids and they loved all the video games to play. We also loved the comfortable chairs, including the massage chair after a long day of skiing. Theresa was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any question or request I had. If going in the winter, you'll want to bring slippers as the tile floor can be a bit chilly, but thankfully we brought ours. I highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a place with an outstanding view and great location. We hope to return again someday! Such a peaceful, relaxation, and fun getaway!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had everything we needed and a BEAUTIFUL view. Great location! One of the showers was cold, so that was not so pleasant. Overall, we loved our stay!

Great stay- family of 6!

We were a group of 5 adults and a 10 year old and had a great stay! We are local to Colorado & very familiar with Dillon so knew the location was ideal for our time there. Super close / walkable to our Dillon Amp event, marina, and restaurants. We were very impressed with the amenities, bed options (many rentals seem to have an “adult” bedroom & “child” bedroom... we liked the bed options Theresa had), walk out patio area, details, etc. Everything we could need was available & we only wish we had more time to enjoy it all. Communication was great (via app / phone number availability & within the condo) & we appreciated the early check in option. We hope to return when we have family in town again!

Beautiful condo with amazing views and excellent hostess!

Our stay was so easy. The condo is in an excellent location. Very close to Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain Ski resorts. There were an abundance of high quality linens and towels along with toiletries in case you forgot something. Plenty of games and a tv in every room, perfect for a snowy night! The kitchen has everything you need along with spices and condiments. This place is well stocked with everything you need but the best part, the view! Front row seats to the view of beautiful Lake Dillon flanked on all sides by Colorado Rocky Mountains. Stunning! We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Theresa for the good communications and information. You are a wonderful Hostess. Hopefully we’ll be back soon:)

great condo with a view

The rooms are very clean and pretty. There are two massage chairs. We used them after a long day ski, which made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. The view from little deck is great. We enjoyed our stay here and may come back in the future.

Great condo, location was perfect, hot tub was great! Nice and clean and spacious.

Only downside was bunk room got hot at night even with thermostat turned all the way down. Also toilet handle in one bathroom was broken.
