This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental boasts an open-concept living area perfect for family gatherings, a sparkling in-ground pool for cooling off on hot summer days, and a private fishing pier where you can try your luck catching your dinner.

Private Pool: This home features a private in-ground pool that is 6ft deep with a spacious lounge area and overlooks Galveston Bay.

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Step inside the main floor and be greeted by an abundance of natural light that floods the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen features a large island with barstools, perfect for casual meals or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. This level also offers three bedrooms to comfortably sleep your group. One bedroom features a king-size bed and a twin bed, another has two queen-size beds, and the third offers a king-size bed with a full-size bunk bed set and a twin-size bunk bed set.

Head downstairs to the additional living space, complete with its own kitchenette and an arcade game to keep everyone entertained. This lower level also boasts two comfortable sofas that can be converted into full-size beds, providing additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

But the true star of the show is undoubtedly the backyard. Take a dip in the refreshing in-ground pool, soak up the sun on the spacious patio, or fire up the grill and enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner under the vast Texas sky. As the day winds down, relax by the fire pit at the water's edge and take in the breathtaking views of Galveston Bay. And for the fishing enthusiasts in your group, there's even a private fishing pier right off the backyard, perfect for casting a line and trying your luck.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- No jumping or diving into the bay. Children must be supervised at all times.
