It was an amazing experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, as the busy nightlife is far from the hotel, allowing for a peaceful rest., which give you the peace to rest.

Todo hubiera sido fabuloso si el servicio del bar y la comida funcionaran hasta más tarde ya que no todas las personas vamos a el hotel a descansar también queremos divertirnos en la noche y sé que alrededor del hotel ay lugares para eso pero yo no me sentía seguro sería fantástico que alargaran el horario del bar y los show nocturnos

Llegamos al hotel a las 7:30 pm a hacer el check in y el cuarto no estaba listo, tuvimos que esperar cerca de una hora La música proveniente de una de las villas del hotel al lado de nuestro cuarto duró casi toda la noche hasta las 4 am. No obstante escribirle a la recepción vía WhatsApp, que es el medio para comunicarse dentro del hotel, no nos respondieron Las instalaciones son excelentes y el personal muy amable pero deja mucho que desear la operación del hotel. El desayuno muy normal, nada especial. El el comedor una vez nos servimos el desayuno no había cubiertos nos tocó esperar 10 min a que limpiaran algunos

The hotel has good facilities and environment, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there is nowhere to go around the hotel and there are not many activities. Also, there is only one road, so sometimes when someone block the road and protest, the road to the airport is blocked and you miss your flight, which is an inconvenient situation.

Mucho por mejorar en servicio

El hotel es muy bonito, las instalaciones son buenas, les falta mantenimiento, el servicio es muy malo, no ofrecen un valor agregado a los clientes, como tener agua en la recepción, a las cabañas les falta mtto y terminar de instalar accesorios y equipos. El servicio en el desayuno es muy básico. La playa es espectacular, el servicio en la misma es muy malo, no hay frecuencia para la toma de pedidos. El minimarket es demasiado básico, no se preparan para altas temporadas. No tenían agua.

Der Architekt, der das gebaut hat, hat einen Preis verdient. Spitzenmäßige Architektur ! Das Hotel ist leider nicht gut geführt, was der Gast an vielen Kleinigkeiten spürt: erstmal kein Internet (wurde dann aber geregelt), keiner spricht wirklich englisch, es gibt keine Regenschirme (oder sie werden nicht angeboten), die Strandbar arbeitet so langsam …
