Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked a stay for my mom through Expedia, but when she arrived, the receptionist claimed there was no booking. Despite me asking them to contact Expedia to confirm, they refused to help. My mom was left waiting outside for 4 hours, with no assistance or resolution from the staff. The receptionist was completely unhelpful and dismissive. This level of service is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel—they clearly don’t care about their guests or providing basic customer support. Avoid at all costs!
