Our room was very clean which was much appreciated. We were also able to check in about an hour earlier than check-in which was great since we’d made it into town sooner than expected. The majority of the front desk staff I dealt with seemed aloof. They weren’t quick to greet people walking in or walking out and more than one of them were on their phones. There were 2 African American staff members who were more helpful and cheerful than the rest. I’m sorry I don’t remember their names. Not having a microwave in the room created a bit of inconvenience and when I asked about having one in the room, as the notice on the front desk said one may be available upon request, the staff member said it couldn’t be that night and it was kinda heavy for him to bring up. I told him not to worry about it. It’s a good room for the price, close to a lot, and met most of our needs. We’ve stayed before and would be opposed to staying there again.

The bathroom floors were very slippery no microwaves no dressers to put your clothes and the blinds were missing shades whatever was supposed to be hanging in the windows didn’t like the rooms were not clean

I was coming in from a long drive from NY and needed a place to stay just for a night and they were able to accommodate me and my son at the last minute with checking in at 3am and leaving at checkout. I’m grateful that Mr. Griffin was able to accommodate us at such short notice. But it bothered me that the once it was time for me to checkout tha the young lady stated that she couldn’t give me a receipt for my stay just because it was booked through a third party. Which I find hard to believe because I book a lot of my travels through Expedia and every hotel that I’ve ever stayed that was able to provide me with a receipt of my stay, and it wasn’t just blank as she stated that it would be. However, our stay there was pleasant enough for what we needed.

Room seemed clean. Staff was pleasant. Towels threadbare. Only had 2 towels upon check in. Had to go to front desk for more towels (4 of us in the room). No coffee maker in the room, no ice bucket. Overall I would call this a bare bones hotel. I am not likely to stay there again.
