eview for Tru by Hilton I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton and had a great experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available whenever I needed assistance. Their attentiveness really stood out. I will be back.

Customer service was 10/10 from the front desk workers. But I stayed the whole weekend and housekeeping didnt come and clean or replace towels. The second bed did not have a cover over a thin bed skirt. The temperature in the room kept going up and down.

The property has a very modern feel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property also has lots of different areas to relax in, a long with a pool table. The only thing I didn’t like was the strong air fresher smell that hits you as you exit the elevator.
