I had an issue with plumbing the staff’s response time was quick, however the issue was not remedied. I woke up to an overflowing toilet and water all over the bathroom floor. A new room was given however in the shuffle a few items was left in the original room when I noticed they and asked about it the items were no longer there and staff was unsure what could have happened to them. I don’t recommend staying on weekends. Hallways are full of teenage children running in and out. In the morning you are awaken by them blasting music.

Do NOT STAY HERE! This was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. Out dated, dirty, their was blood on on ceiling, scratches on the doors, food on the covers, opened water bottles in our rooms, the hallways reeked of weed, elevators didn’t work, staff wasn’t present and hard to find, they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING> parking, WiFi, waters, and more! People were hanging the hallways, loud, and noisy. The WORST hotel! We will NEVER GO BACK!
