I highly recommend not staying here. It was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at nothing word correctly. The toilet ran all night long. The TV didn’t were. The beds were hot as a rock outside was super loud and you could hear all the noises from outside curtains. Don’t even block out the sun super loud in the hotel for one smelled like cigarettes for two smelled like marijuana the overall Roma was terrible the front desk people had no desire to help you. They could not also speak English, which made it even more difficult. They also when asked for help Would just tell you that they have to call somebody first almost rude like when you do ask for help like it was an inconvenience to them. I had two kids with me during the day. Both of them had an extremely hard time sleeping because of this. Elevator was not working there was no signage stating that it wasn’t working either and asked I asked about the elevator. They said they had no idea we had multiple bags to carry up and down with kids. Didn’t offer help or any assistance again highly recommend not staying here unless you’re looking for a party or you don’t care about your sleeping ball cause you won’t be sleeping much here. Some of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on pillows are terrible bedding shower had no water pressure.
