The staff was great, breakfast was very good (hot & fresh) the general look and condition was good…but the staff just needs to do some general inspections (rounding) of the whole facility. Just so many little things that could easily be addressed that would have turned this review into an easy 5 Star. We had to change rooms right away because our thermostat was bad, the chrome trim ring around the shower head had slid down to the shower head leaving a exposed whole in the wall, the show down handle was loose, the right end of our headboard was coming off the wall, the hot tub was cooler than the swimming pool…and just a lot of similar ‘little things’. Easy repairs that could be addressed if the staff would just do ‘walk-throughs’ of the facility and just address these kinds of things…

The first room I was given smelt like mold or a dirty and the second room had black small rubber bands all over the floor and fake eyelashes on the lamp stand. Also on one of the night stand it looked like someone had spilled red juice or threw up on the side of it. I’ll never stay at that location or hotel franchise again.

The entire lobby was under construction and it was dust everywhere and it was noisey. The elevator didn't work so i was forced to use the stairs because of construction and the pool was under construction and unavailable.

I came to this place, four months ago. This time was better. Cleaner pool, heater worked better. Had a problem with the ice buckets, but other than that I think it was a nice stay. Thank the staff for me.

Nice Room that Could’ve Been Cleaner

The hotel was nice enough. I greatly appreciated the staff. They were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The room could have been cleaned better and the walls were paper thin.
