The staff was amazing. The condition and location—not so great. If you’re looking for affordable, convenient accommodations for a longer-term stay, this is a great option. But if you’re visiting the Detroit area for leisure, do yourself a favor and stay closer in.

The room was very clean w/ a well-stocked set of cabinets for cooking. Loved the size of the fridge, though it did run a lot taking away from the room's quiet. The bathroom was extremely clean, large with a ton of counter space. This stay was truly a value and the lady at the front desk in the evening was a pleasure to interact with. Sorry, for got her name! Sonesta - She needs a bonus for her cheerfulness.

Quiet, comfortable, and very clean. Friendly and extremely helpful staff in the lobby 24/7. The hotel manager is so personable and lovely to chat with, and you can tell she cares a lot about every guest's experience. The room's kitchenette was well equipped, and there were more appliances available for loan at the front desk which was very convenient. Guest laundry facilities and gym were also well maintained. We didn't utilize the grill and patio area, however it looked very inviting as well. Even the parking lot was free of trash and debris. Overall a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Bonus points for close shopping, dining, gas, and more. We would absolutely stay here again.
