Great stay for the price

All in all everything was really nice. Our only complaint would be that the person who checked us in really didnt seem to knowwhat she was doing. She popped our card twice for the $100 incidental hold. When we told her the next morning she promised to take one of them off and as of today 48 hours later its still on there. I just know this will be a hassel with my bank as it usually is.2ndly. The dont clean your room during an extended stay. We requested extra towels that never came. One night during our 4 night stay we asked for towels and were told all towels were dirty! We stay in hotels almost every weekend and have NEVER heard such a thing. Still aside from those few inconveniences breakfast was Great, the chef was super friendly. The room,bed and shower head was also awesome...really a nice facility.great price. It has that "nicer hotel" feel.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Some previous reviews had me hesitant, but it was pretty damn awesome. I was given a corner room on the second floor which was super clean. The property was quiet, parking was ample, and the location was close to the highways making it easy to get around. I was not there in the mornings to check out the breakfast, so… My first morning, which was a Thursday, there was hot coffee available at 6:00am. On Friday and Saturday morning, there was NOT hot coffee available before I left the hotel at 7:00am (not sure why), but that’s my only complaint. Book with confidence. It’s a nice spot for a really great price.

We’ve been here before and it’s an ok place to stay but this time around, requested connecting rooms in advance and that request wasn’t fulfilled. Also they overcharged for the room deposit and couldn’t remedy that when brought to their attention. Hoping that gets taken care of automatically as the front desk staff have indicated. The Hub facility next door is pretty cool and Great Lakes Mall is only 10min away. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Would stay here again.
